Healthy Crock Pot Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 64 oz Beef Broth
  • 3 lbs Beef Churck
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 1 1/2 cups Carrotts, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, sliced thin
  • 3 Tbsp Worchestire Sauce
  • 2 cubes beef bouillon
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pan with olive oil, brown the beef chuck on all sides

    Add all ingredients to the crock pot

    Cook on high for 8 hours

    Check veggies (if veggies are still firm- cook on high for another 2 hours)

    Remove bay leaves and thyme

    Enjoy!
