Heat the wine, cider and honey in a large sauce pan until simmering
In a small sauce pan heat the cinnamon sticks, star of anise, cloves and nutmeg on medium for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the spices into the wine mixture, add a few slices of citrus + cramberries and let simmer for 20 mins
Pour into a heat safe cups, add brandy and slices of citrus. Enjoy!
