Watermelon slices are a summer cookout staple- but a whole watermelon can hold a TON of fruit. This Easy Watermelon Mint Feta Salad is fairly healthy to make and the perfect way to jazz things up a bit at your next picnic. Check out the simple recipe below.
Easy Watermelon Mint & Feta Salad
- 6 Cups Fresh Watermelon, cubed
- 3-4 Ounces Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 1/3 Cup Fresh Mint, Chopped
Drain excess watermelon juice and add to medium sized serving bowl
Gently fold in mint and feta cheese
