What’s up with Jord Wood Watches?

I don’t do many reviews here on the blog but when I was contacted by Jord Wood Watches to ask if I wanted to check one out- I was game!

There are a ton of colors and styles to choose from. I went with the Frankie 35 series – Zebrawood Navy Blue.  All the watches are customized with your choice of engraving and personal sizing.  You can check out some of the other Women’s Watch choices here– I am already eyeing the beautiful Frankie Dark Sandalwood with Emerald Green Face.

The Men’s watches are even more impressive. I am thinking a Delmar Dark Sandalwood and Blue Carbon  or the Conway Kosso and Midnight Blue would be perfect for the Hubs!

My Jord Watch came super quickly and in the most adorable wooden box to store your watch in (even has a little drawer for removed links, etc) which now lives on my dresser.

At first sight I was very impressed. I love the smell of fresh wood! I removed a few pins to make it a bit tighter which was super simple- just take to your local jeweler or ask for the instructions to remove yourself from Jord

I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had sent along a polishing cloth and and a finishing oil to help condition and maintain the watch to keep it in tip top shape.

I have been wearing my Jord watch non stop-the winter blue face goes perfectly with all my neutral cozy sweaters. One thing I was not expecting out of a watch made out of wood was how comfortable and surprisingly durable it is considering!

February 14th is right around the corner- a watch is a perfect gift for your Amour! (remember they do custom engraving if you want to leave a sweet message!)
