Cran Prosciutto Brie Crostini w/ Balsamic Glaze

This Thanksgiving appetizer is perfect for holding over those hungry family members until the turkey is ready.   
Here is what you will need:
-Olive oil (for brushing)
-French baguette
-Brie cheese
-Cranberry chutney
-Chopped walnuts
-Brown sugar
-Balsamic vinegar 
For the Crostini
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
-Slice French baguette about 1/2 inch thick
-Brush each side lightly with olive oil 
-Bake for about 10 minutes or until crisp
For the glaze
-Heat up 3/4 cup of Balsamic Vinegar + 1/2 of brown sugar
-Simmer (stirring occasionally) until the glaze has thickened and it coats the back of the spoon
-Allow to cool
-Simply layer sliced brie and prosciutto on top of your crostini (at this point you can add a small piece of arugula to make it pretty)
-Add a small amount of cranberry chutney + chopped walnut

-Drizzle the glaze over the crostini

Voila! An easy and flavorful Thanksgiving appetizer!
