Stuffed Breakfast Avocados

Looking for something a bit different for breakfast this weekend? These stuffed breakfast avocados could not be easier! I replicated this recipe and am keeping it in my recipe arsenal.
What you need:
-avocados (1 per person)
-eggs (2 per person)
-bacon, cooked until almost crispy for topping, crumbled
-shredded cheddar cheese for topping
-salt & pepper to taste
What to do:
-Preheat oven to 425 degrees
-Half and pit each avocado
-Spoon out part of the avocado (enough for an egg to fill the hole)
-Place each half, meat side up, on a muffin pan
-Crack egg into each half
-Top with cheese, bacon and salt & pepper
-Bake at 425 for 35 minutes (or until egg is visibly cooked)
