Caesar Pasta Salad

Looking for something quick to make for those Labor Day cookouts this weekend that isn’t boring? Try this amazing Caesar Pasta Salad. I found this recipe and tweaked it a little bit:

What you need:
1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 large garlic clove, minced
2 anchovies, minced
3 Tbl lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 pound of penne pasta
Chopped Romaine lettuce (add as much or as little as you want)
2 cups grape tomatoes
2 green onions, minced
1/2 shredded Parmesan cheese
black pepper to taste
croutons to taste
What to do:
– Cook pasta & let cool
-Mix together mayo, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire & anchovies (if you want to use)
-Mix half of the dressing with the pasta and cool in the refrigerator for 20-40 minutes
-Add the lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, Parmesan cheese & croutons w/ the remaining dressing
-Toss together  & enjoy!
** add grilled chicken to make it fancy!
