Friendsgiving 2014

Saturday marked our 4th annual Friendsgiving.  A larger amount of people were coming this year, too many to fit in our dining room, so we arranged all the tables to feed 21 in our living room. Thank goodness for Lisa and Gene for being awesome and coming over the night before to help us set up.

Wade and I were in charge of the meat and made two turkeys and two turkey breasts. Needless to say we have a ton of leftover turkey. I also whipped up {this} which was a hit.

By the time 5pm rolled around our house was fully of some of our favorite people and the fun had began. Wade made a roaring fire and Frank Sinatra blared from the music player. Matt made this amazing meatball app {recipe coming soon!} and Magie a mouthwatering roasted red pepper dip which was perfect to munch on before the meal.

We all ate and drank the night away.  We ended up playing games {Taboo & Heads Up} for hours and had a wonderful time.  We are blessed with such wonderful friends in our lives and are so grateful we got a chance to come together again this year to celebrate our friendship and all we are grateful for. Check out some pics below of the night and a recap of a previous Friendsgivings {here}. This year I have a lot to be thankful for; a wonderful husband, family, friends, doggie, building our home, a great job the list goes on. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! I hope you all get to spend it with the people you love most!
